Smoking while walking animation?

Hi all,
I saw in some server that when you make a hit from the cigarette while you are walking/running, you can continue to walk/run while you are smoking your cigarette without any interruption.
I searched the web but I didn't found nothing.

Can someone help me? Thanks a lot.
