Really sad that loads of users don't know how to branch, and that they whine and complain when one of the prerequisites (i.e. 0.3. is not coming through.

Also happens when they create a large feature and bugfix at the same time, a hell to work with.

I for one am glad that I put all my 0.3.8 work on different branches aptly named 0.3.8-RC1/models-n-shit and 0.3.8-RC4/redirect-downloads.
