Yea I uploaded all the windows server package 0.3.7-R2 to the FTP (I bought a NEW VPS supporting windows version)

So ALL of my NPCs are timing out when im starting the server idk why this happens because when I starting the same package of my server at my own forwarded wifi port NPCs are not timing out at all
