There is no solution, the users don't connect with the same ip and i really don't think it will be the same hardware id so the only partial- solution is the "filter" i suggested. if you find that they're on the same hardware id ban it, don't range ban ips because you'll ban innocent players along the line. and also remove the hardware id ban after a while cuz it's not very accurate ( see why i suggested "filters" ).
