do you have streamer.so plugin in your server.cfg?
EDIT: just saw it load, mb hang on looking at it.
EDIT2: apparently you have a wrong order in your plugins load SOURCE so yes show your server.cfg plugins line and make sure that nativechecker is the last of them to load, also make sure that you got the latest streamer version include&plugin
