Hey, i did tested the both, same bug. (its a client side bug)

When a server restart and the client still connected. the player got timedout message (Restarting etc..) and the client get connected again (without closing the game and reopening it), the new models/files doesn't get download so the target player should exit the game and reconnect to the server in order to get the new files.
