Yes, you need to replace the coordinates that you want to move from. You need to find your current delivery positions' XYZ so you know which to replace, and then replace these XYZ coordinates with your new position.

I'm assuming that there's some sort of label / checkpoint too, if so you need to replace these coordinates as well.
