Ehh ... CNRSF? Again?
You have to connect to a MySQL database. Fill in / change connection details. It is under OnGameModeInit. Also don't forget to import .SQL file in the database otherwise you'll face same thing.
Also you SHOULD immediately drop CNRSF. No offence but you don't even know how does the internet work. Pointing out image you tried to share.
