0.3.7-R2 & Cleo = no good

So i have some mods and I need them for a project. And this version doesn't even work with cleo on It's Own installed. SA-mp open, after 3 seconds i see singleplayer options

EDIT: forgot to mention they Worked in 0.3.7 so don't say that it's because of the mods.

Plz fix this.
