About the "lagging" part, that's you or the server that you're playing. If someone manages to get players, they should solve the server lag.

"Best platform for rp format is samp" well said. The map of GTA V is quite big, but it's still nice. You can roleplay everywhere. GTA V:MP RP servers are awful, because they think roleplaying is about stealing cars, driving around and buying RPG's to explode everyone they have in front of them(no offense to anyone, even that idc about it). Basically, they have no idea what roleplaying is.
