SA-MP team will not fix specific servers individually, if they're about to release a patch it will be global and not for half of the servers or so, the server owners have blocked the IPs themselves as a temporary solution.

...otherwise try pasting these in your samp.ban and restart the server or /rcon reloadbans, which might not really prevent the attack. I guess you could contact your host to block the ranges for you as well.
