Don't bother with it, trust me it's not worth it. If it's a roleplay server, just have players roleplay it - no need for objects. On a side note, you could have 3D floating text with the roleplay color {d0be3} * Windows are X% tinted, although this could cause a slight bit of metagame if players see the 3D text through the walls or whatever, but it's debatable that you could hear the engine.
