I highly suggest not to go with Hostskool. I was trying to set up a SA:MP server with MySQL data and it took, 5 tickets and 3 weeks to have my MySQL database set up. Terrible support team, tickets that don't get response for weeks. I understand that their services are cheap but still we're paying for it, not asking it for free, I just don't see the point can they satisfy new customers if their support is extremely bad and slow.

My suggestion is that you start learning how to use linux and buy your own server. Kimsufi also has cheap prices for good servers. Kimsufi is a branch of OVH (if I am not wrong). Check out their cheap amazing dedicated servers.
