First you cant just swap single file and have linux server. You need linux server (as in computer running linux OS), then you need samp server for linux on that same machine. You can upload your gamemodes,filterscripts and scriptfiles there. You will also need to upload plugins that you use, but they will have to be for linux (.so). And dont forget to add all that server.cfg (Keep in mind unix/linux systems are case sensitive)
