D3D means Direct3D which is basically DirectX. So try reinstalling DirectX. Also I hope you're not relying on a bullshit site like "canyourunit". It often says you can run something when you can't and vice versa. It would've been more helpful if you had actually posted the specs rather than saying "I'm sure the graphics card can run it".
