Try restarting your router and check to see if you don't have any connective problems. Your internet connection is responsible for that. This happened to me too but I changed my DNS and it worked. Try changing your Primary and Alternative DNS. I'm telling you to change DNS because I did and the problem wasn't lasted for longer.
