CrazyBob's script is not public. Most popular servers meticulously safeguard their source. A lot of work goes into a script so it isn't fun if some random bloke shows off with your work. Gamemodes released here are generally only of mediocre quality. There are some good ones, but they are few.

A blank server has no commands. Commands are scripted and are different for each gamemode.
