Why people still playing The old Samp Versions.

Hello guys, there are some servers never updated their samp version, last time i saw a freeoam server running on SAMP 0.3X and another one on SAMP 0.3z and there are players in these servers too. So my question is.... Why these servers and players won't play/update their SAMP?
