If the code looks like

pawn Код:

#include "Inc/Commands/ticket.pwn"

then the code would be at gamemodes/Inc/commands/ticket.pwn.
If the code looks like

pawn Код:

#include <Inc/Commands/ticket.pwn>

then the code would be at pawno/includes/Inc/Commands/ticket.pwn (I'm assuming standard architecture). Checked there?
