There is a problem in your build system (compiler)
You wrote Cmd instead of cmd.

It should look like this:

To fix it you have to edit the file that you made, located in:
C:\Users\YOUR PC USERNAME HERE\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Packages\User
and Change Cmd to cmd
