Hey, the video you linked is made by me, I guess you were lucky that I randomly saw this thread. The script is >90% written by me but I got some coordinates and inspiration from this include: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=341079. Wispo's answer wasn't incorrect too, Texture Studio uses a heavily edited version of the 3DMenu include that you could use to create your own version of the script.
