ISP's gets assigned IP's, dynamic IP wouldn't go from 123.123.123.3 to 176.34.13.124






I'd say you're best off with resetting router defaults. There's usually a little pin-hole on the back of the router for this, but otherwise (presuming you're using Windows), go to cmd and type ipconfig. Then open random browser and enter the standard gateway being output.
