Been discussed many times, won't happen. Because SA is closed source SA-MP is largely built using memory hacking. We know for a fact that - for example - health is stored at offset 0xB793E0 but that offset is completely different on the mobile versions (or even on Mac or Steam versions). At this point I think no-one has time or motivation to figure everything out. For reference: https://www.gtamodding.com/wiki/Memory_Addresses_(SA)

Also I hope I don't have to say that it's totally inconvenient to play on such a tiny screen.
