Here's some feedback:

• If you're going to put 2016 in the program's name, make the design 2016 too (material). But still, it would be better if 2016 wasn't in the name
• Remove the giant logo from the main program (I don't like to use programs like that, probably others too)
• Create an about tab and put the logo there with the respective credits of the program instead
• Change the fonts, use the ones from the game?
• Add a replay and stop button
• As said above, a search button with instant results

If it has more sounds than this one > https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=373017 < then I suggest you finish it up, and release it. If it has the same ones, then bringing a more feature rich program would be the way to go. Good luck. +8 rep!
