create the command and copy everything from OnPlayerCommandText where you put if( !strcmp( "/command", text ) ) paste it into the new command.

public OnPlayerCommandText( playerid, cmdtext[] )
{
    if( !strcmp( "/help", cmdtext ) )

    }
}

for every strcmp that checks for the text make a new command for.
