I don't think anyone has come up with a 100% accurate system ( or even close really ), but I would suggest you attempt it yourself.

Try using OnPlayerWeaponShot, and detect if the player is aiming in range of the player skin, and maybe increment a variable every time they are outside that range, and then ofc if it reaches 5 or something maybe send your admins a warning.

I have already patched this issue, in 4 of my communities, and I am not at the point where I wish to release it, due to others who will just write new aimbots that go around my detection.

All I can say is it not impossible, and you can accomplish it, it does not take that much code maybe 30 lines at max? Really depends on your coding style, and how efficient you are.

Take ago at it, maybe if you give it a shot you can do it.
