You only need to load ONE plugin, not both. The static version is ONLY to be used if the normal version fails to load. I don't know what "host 2" is supposed to be since you normally require only one connection. Ask in the GM topic. Furthermore the socket plugin requires OpenSSL to run.

Also can you PLEASE stop starting every word with a capital letter? It is INCREDIBLY annoying to read and it makes you look like a complete tool.
