./rcon login password
but first go in ur SA directory, open the server.cfg file and edit the stuff in there. be sure to edit the rcon password.
then using the filterscript command which should be /setlevel id level, make yourself admin and then make others admins(but be sure that the other players are registered, so they can keep their admin status after they disconnect)
