I think the punishment after scamming this amount of people should be:

- He should be banned from this forum.
- Any server using the FG-RP script should be closed because that whole script is made by the scripters who got scammed,in simple words,this server/script should be blacklisted from SA-MP client.

OR

- He should be given real life (physical) punishment.

EDIT: Didn't noticed,he finally got banned.

EDIT 2: [WARNING] He made another skype account named "CHC".
