I want it like:

With red colour /setlevel [id] [level]


And The Message to this player will be like this:

With blue colour "|-Administrator "%s" has set your admin level status [%d]-|" //whatever level

And to the admin who setted him will be like this:

With blue colour "|-You have set %s admin level status [%d]-|");
