Use the UNIX timestamp. There are a few good tutorials on the forum on how to use it correctly. I'm sorry for not going into further detail - I haven't slept yet.

Not passing any arguments to gettime will cause it to return the UNIX timestamp: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Gettime
