How to make myself and admin on my OWN server

Download one admin FS and put the .amx file in filterscript file,than write the name of the .amx file in cfg next to the filerscripts name(example. filterscripts eckoadminv1 )
And run the server.Than connect on the server rcon login and do /setlevel 0 5 for example.
