Well, i have a server SvT. And I got a hacker pissing me off. He always join with a new address ip, and i think he is using RakNet, he join as a bot and keep lagging in the server, TP to many places and throwing players, controlling them some times and destroying vehicles and spawning them.

I'm looking for some thing to get ride of this hacker, like serial ban or anti-lag or anti-TP.
I need a stronge Anti-Cheat for this. Any help? Please i want get ride of him... I have an Anti-Proxy but i think it's not strong enought, he keep joining with new IP.
