Man... You're 22 years old. These people are right, seek some help. But fine, listen up. Every gamer has been addicted at least once in their lifes. For me it was simple... I was able to just turn the 'gaming' switch off in my head and tried looking for something else that was also interesting.
Now, addicted gamers often don't have many or even any friends, it's time to get your social life back on track. I saw in another post you wanted to learn languages. There are many websites, classes or events where you can find people that have the same interests as you do. Come on buddy, put that computer aside, stop crying about being banned, and act your age. Go have fun, the world isn't just about gaming, go make new friends, go laugh with them and make great memories. It's worth so much more than crying, 'cus you were banned in some server.
