Hello everyone, I'm newbie here in samp forums so please if i posted in the wrong section remove it because i don't know where i can post it or if i even can post here.
Alright, i will start with this, I'm a community owner and i need a php scripter.
Our community has great administrative team and i would like to create admin control panel but i don't know how to script in HTML, PHP or any website programmer else.
