Let's see if you can do this when I give you a few hints in the right direction, instead of just giving you code..
If you want to show all members from an organization, you can use a for loop or foreach loop to go through all players on the server. If the faction variable of the player in the loop equals the faction variable of the player that performed the command, you can get their name and send it in a SendClientMessage.
