Hello i am using FRAG for my server now i want to upload my FS and GM into FTP. so now, i got link in my email that this is FTP link bhs1.frag.gs (port21) but when i click, it redirects to frag.gs not FTP server. so how can i access FTP server in there? do i have to make a MySQL database or what?

EDIT: also what will be my phpmyAdmin's User name and password?
