Actually, you don't... If you validated your Win 7/8 PC, then your hardware is registered with MS already.


You simply need to do an upgrade, validate, then you should be able to revalidate again once Win 10 is clean installed.

OEM keys for PCs, actually aren't even used to install the original OS. It's only when you put a clean install of the original OS that the key is vital.
