They aren't going to allow game-mp registrations because there's already a lot of accounts. If they do, people would just create a bunch of accounts using "fake" emails and so forth, because the registration allowance is bounded to be disallowed once again. Then people would keep reselling those accounts, and since you can't change the password on the account, it would just be a total mess. We don't even get any official responses from them, which is kinda pathetic. And clearly shows, that their interest for this project is almost null. There's 14 members! And none of them bothers to say anything. Damian is online most of the times, but all he does is view the index page...

Agreed, I even made a thread about it, and suddenly got deleted... WTF

It means, SA-MP admins know everything and the just ignore it...
