I think he means the things like 'all of u', 'cus' and writing I without a capital letter, to name a few. No problem at all when writing forum posts or stuff like that (although I could understand if it raises minor annoyance for some readers), but when making a script it's best to have all texts on point.
Don't take this wrong though, just clarifying a very good point that was made.

On topic; I would vote for Los Santos. I have been working on a script based in LS myself for a long time, just because I really like the whole setting there. I had a look at San Fierro too, but I just couldn't see everything taking place there. If you feel adventurous however, I guess you could try one of the other cities, although I think a lot of players prefer LS.
