Remove CrashDetect (That's even screwed as well), you shouldn't even be running that at all, not to mention that the error it shows says what the problem is with that.
It's not a diagnosis tool, it's an advanced troubleshooting tool, for which this situation, doesn't have any need to use it.
You need to post up your Server.cfg and show some more info.
Searching the exact error that is coming up in the window, links to a thread that says your OpenSSL is out of date, or corrupt.
Start over. And stop relying on CrashDetect when it's not crashing.
