This is very pathetic, when someone pays the specific amount of cash for Administrator status. That cash, you could spend on purchasing something more useful to yourself, parents, friends or your girlfriend/boyfriend. Well, if it is your own earned money, then of course, you can spend it on whatever you want to, but if it is money from your parents, friends or your girlfriend/boyfriend, then sad.
