I used this app sometimes and i know that this one don't have all sounds and also, the sounds that he wants.

I have found this ids in SAMP Wiki SoundID page:

3600 - Calling tone (Looks like you are typing a number in cellphone)
6401 - Lift bell rings (Looks like a received message)

3401 - Continuous ringing bell
I don't found any good id that sounds like a real phone ringing so, i recommend you to use this id for a phone ringing sound and also set a little timer to stop that sound.
