I'm not a noobie, I know.
I have both .so and .dll files in the plugins folder,
I can even join the game and everything's normal...

In server.cfg I didn't specify... for example I just wrote streamer, not streamer.so or streamer.dll
If that is the problem I'll change them to .so

Any other ideas?

I've changed all plgs to .so and all loaded fine.
