I have this script that been released back in 2011 but never in samp site and this person got the same script in 2013. I been working on it for years. Now I like to host it but this other person saying he have a copyrights and if I host it that he sue me. Can he sue me even if the script been released before he got the copyrights?

Its a edit from LS but it been transfer over to Fort Carson.
