1. Ask this question on steam forum, because you are using GTA:SA steam version

2. Open SA:MP client compatibility of Win7 ( check properties of SA:MP client )

3. Make sure you don't mod any unauthorized mod to GTASA.

4. Make sure , all files are correct.

5. Make sure, you disable your ENB for test , ( if you have ENB )
