How can I add more skin ID's to the script, so more skins can use the gates and lift??

EDIT: When I use this FS, and I put it in my server.cfg I cant use my normal GM commands.
The only commands I can use are from my other FilterScripts, this one and my /RCON commands.
Why can't I use my commands from GM?
