Commands causes lag - crash

I'm currently facing a problem with the command below. When I type this command away from the point it's set, it works fine. When I get to the point for the command to work, my server starts lagging a lot and crash..Any idea? The server log doesn't appear anything. The last thing it records is the cmd I typed. (I'm not really into pawno scripting but I know a little bit of that language)
