If you server doesn't start in your Linux machine and you see a file called nohup.out, open it and find for this:
./samp03svr: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

If you have this f**** error just use this fuc**** command
apt-get install lib32stdc++6.

After a search of 2 hours here finally found the *** *** answer
Hope this will help more people since the answers I found were ALL useless
