I wonder how many times we will say this SA-MP has nothing to do with crashes/game issues. The whole point of crash /issue is your GTA:SA (original) game is messed up or you got mods in it.
Try all solutions:
- Re-install GTA:SA + SA:MP
- Install GTA:SA in other directory (ex: Rockstar Games Clean) instead (Rockstar Games)
- Run SA-MP as administrator
- Delete gta-sa.set file.
- Delete registries from your PC
- Don't use mods because it will affect SA-MP gameplay.
- Make sure you got Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (V.1.0 US/EU)
Just a notify your Windows is too old and non-supported anymore.!
